Angushof BuchbergWe were somewhat surprised when Tobias Arnold from Rhönmetzgerei Arnold asked us for a hole plate with square holes to produce ham cubes. Producing ham cubes with the existing ham dicing machine just took too long.
Since we have a water-jet machine for making customised products, we still had such a hole plate in stock. Shown below is a hole plate with holes in the shape of clover leaves, which was also made using the water-jet machine.
The trials with raw and cooked ham gave mixed results.
ut after a number of trials and analyses, we finally came up with a hole plate and a knife placed behind it that Tobias Arnold is happy with. And that the customer is satisfied is what counts for us!
